Just as I have been writing, the MSM are now on the case.
Their aim is us, bloggers, or at least bloggers who do not conform to the tired, stale and limp version of reality that they would have us believe is true. Of course, if they ever did manage to close down dissent on the net, they would hope we would meekly go back to buying newspapers and consuming the bland porridge that passes for news nowadays.
One such stuck up member of the MSM writes,
‘Breivik must willingly have allowed himself to be brainwashed by Islamophobic and extreme rightwing websites. However, had he instead been forced to receive his information through a broadsheet newspaper, where not all the stories dealt with Europe’s loss of confidence and the rise of militant Islam, it is conceivable that his world would have looked slightly different. Perhaps one lesson from this weekend of shock and disbelief may be that cultural pluralism is not necessarily a threat to national cohesion, but that the tunnel vision resulting from selective perusal of the internet is.’
Their contempt for us is not at all shocking, we have seen this before and will see it again, it is made more sinister by the fact, that we know we are now in their sights, and it has always been us that have been their real enemy. They were happy to condemn millions of Muslims to death when it suited them, they were happy to use our anger and sense of loss when they could then march us all off to those wars, but we are now fair game.
The wars that they started have come to their inevitable conclusion; defeat. They have made as much money as I suppose it is possible to make and the only way for them to remain in power is to crush all and any dissent. Whether the Norway massacre is as the MSM paint it or not, it is a Godsend to them. Now they can justify reading our blogs, they can wait for someone to make a mistake and then raid their house, seize their computer and send them down for ‘hate crimes’ or ‘incitement’. With this we will really see how our governments will use their ill-gotten powers, the same powers they passed after ‘Islamist’ attacks, powers the counter jihad types supported, powers that will be used against them and all of us on the ‘right’.
You see, this is what democracy really is, it is an efficient way for them to corral us, it is an easy way for them to go about their business, whilst pretending that they live in a nation of ‘laws’ or ‘people power’, it is a lie, and one that becomes more obvious as the years go by.
I don’t really know how this will pan out, but it doesn’t look good.
